Tom and Jenny Wedding - Saskia M Photography - Leavenworth Wedding Photographer
Jenny and Tom had the most amazing wedding. Their wedding was held at the Pine River Ranch in Leavenworth, Washington. They were married surrounded by fields of daisies and evergreens and exited the ceremony on a “bicycle built for two”. Their wedding was so unique and genuine, just like Tom and Jenny. Thank you also to my amazing second photographer, Mya Poncelet.
“Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer, do,
I’m half crazy all for the love of you.
It won’t be a stylish marriage –
I can’t afford a carriage,
But you’d look sweet upon the seat
Of a bicycle built for two.
We will go tandem as man and wife,
Daisy, Daisy,
Wheeling away down the road of life,
I and my Daisy Bell. “

Customized bicycle pins made the perfect gift for guests and accessory for the groom.
The barn at Pine River Ranch was gorgeous. The perfect place to get ready and for the reception.
The song was a little longer than expected. What a perfect time for a (pre) first dance.
The ceremony was totally untraditional and so touching. The wedding had 3 acts: stories, advice, and union. The advice portion of course included words of wisdom from both of their mothers.
They ended the union by sealing a box of wine and their vows in a handmade box. The box will be opened years later on their anniversary.
We took a walk around Pine River Ranch as the sun started to set. It was the perfect romantic location.
The reception was held in the top of the barn there. Complete with beautiful flowers from Pike Place Market and bicylcle stationary designed by Tom’s sister, Joanna Wojtkowiak.
The “guest book”
An important family tradition
They ended the night with some of the liveliest first dances I have seen. It was the perfect choice for a couple and family full of life and joy.
I feel so blessed that they let me be a part of this amazing day. Thank you so much.
